💵 Cash, Bank Transfers & Money Remittances

💰 On-the-Day Cash Payment: Only cash payments will be accepted on the day of the tour.

🏦 Bank Transfers: Accepted only for tour dates beyond 2 weeks.

📨 Money Remittances (Accepted Anytime): Payments can be sent via Remitly, Revolut, Western Union, Palawan Pawnshop, Cebuana Lhuillier, and GCash.

💲 Cancellations

• Full Standard Rate: ₱2,700 per person. Reservation/Down Payment: ₱750 per person.
• As soon as we receive your reservation/down payment, we immediately initiate the processing your Visitor Entry Permit, which includes government permit fee and administrative costs. Since securing your slot requires upfront expenses, a full refund is not possible in case of cancellations. In some cases, the entire reservation fee may become non-refundable.
• Cancellations made more than 7 days before the tour date: 50% of the reservation fee (₱375 per person) will be refunded.
• Cancellations made within 7 days of the tour date: No refund will be issued.
• If the tour is canceled due to Coast Guard restrictions, we will rebook your slot for free or offer alternative tour options based on availability. You also have the option to receive a 50% refund of your reservation fee if you prefer not to reschedule or take another tour.
